This managed block is situated in the busy Earls Court Area and needed renovation. Works were carried out to the roof, and facades. Every window was prepared and restored, cables tidied and external breathable paints used to redecorate the external previously painted surfaces.

The clients also wanted the old asphalt steps removed and replaced with the stone steps these can be seen in the finished product.
