This development was undertaken on behalf of a development company who owned the land and had planning approval to build six new homes on the site.

Barneswood Limited was involved with the stakeholders and their teams from the beginning and were delighted to be part of the team awarded a site quality award by the NHBC for this development. All  the units were sold within six weeks of being marketed.
