The client needed to modernise the reception areas of this busy apartment block in Chelsea. The works entailed stripping out of the dated elements and refurbishing to the clients design.

Flooring was replaced with marble, Meeting areas were refurbished and modernised in the reception area and external features such as signage, external paviors, glass canopies and walkways were replaced with new.  A new water feature at the front of the building was fitted to create a modern desirable look and feel for this important building.
