Complete internal restoration of communal areas in a large (12 floors, 100 flats) residential block in London’s West End. The Barneswood team were instrumental in the renovations and extensive re-decorations that were made to corridors and stairways, the Managing Agent’s offices, as well as welfare facilities for staff and visitors.

The building’s two lifts and lift shafts were overhauled and fireproofed. The property had interesting leaded glass corridor doors the style and thickness of the glass is no longer available. We were able to source and match the damaged glass with bespoke specialists
